About Me

I'm a clinical psychologist located in Seattle, Washington. I provide in person and telehealth therapy for adults and youth. I'm licensed in Washington and California as well as APIT/Psypact for telehealth therapy. I help clients access their individual strengths and provide support to build a deeper understanding of the mind-in-body connection to cope with illness, stress, trauma and life changes. I enjoy helping clients develop deeper insight, make choices to live life fully, and hone skills that assist them in accessing their potential. I use an integrative therapeutic approach.
