About Me
I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals reclaim their lives through EMDR therapy. I specialize in working with adults to navigate the lasting effects of childhood trauma, anxiety, dissociation, relationship wounds, and feelings of not being “enough.” My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and grounded in helping you feel safe enough to explore difficult memories without judgment. I believe healing happens not just by talking—but by working with the body, the nervous system, and the beliefs that were formed in the middle of pain. EMDR allows us to go beyond coping and move toward transformation.
Education & Experience
I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 8 years of counseling experience and 3 years in private practice, dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives through EMDR therapy. I hold a degree from Prairie View A&M University, and as an EMDR therapist, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, dissociation, and unresolved childhood wounds.
