About Me
After over 12 years in education in Brazil and homeschooling my children through high school, I decided to return to school to formalize my passion for helping others. I integrate my life experiences into my counseling sessions, combining them with effective, evidence-based techniques. I am dedicated to helping people overcome trauma and find resolution in challenging relationships.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in Louisiana with advanced studies in Attachment Theory and several approaches to treat trauma and couples such as EMDR, CBT, EFT, Gottman, TBRI, EFIT, Prepare/Enrich, and others.
