About Me
Hello! I’m a psychologist who works with people of all ages and abilities. Particularly, adults who feel anxious, stuck, or are experiencing big life transitions, such as starting a family. I have advanced clinical training in integrative trauma treatment, including EMDR. Together, we can process recent trauma, childhood trauma, or birth trauma. I also use play therapy to help children (3 and older) find their voice and replace behaviors with more effective communication. I'm deeply committed to offering creative therapy that is tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent people.
Education & Experience
Ph.D. and M.S.Ed. from Fordham University. Certified EMDR Therapist. Two year Clinical Affiliate program in the EMDR Trauma Treatment Center at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies. Additional training completed in Birth Trauma, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and Neurodiveristy-Affirming Therapy
