About Me

I work with clients navigating overwhelming stress, anxiety, low mood, and relationship struggles often rooted in difficult or unresolved past experiences. My approach is grounded in compassion, safety, and collaboration. Together, we’ll create space to gently explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move toward greater clarity, and connection. Together, we’ll work to restore that sense of emotional safety and shift the stuck patterns in your relationships so you can finally feel connected again. My focus is on building safety, not just insight.

Education & Experience

I graduated from the University of Louisville in 2016 with a Masters of science in social work. I specialized in working with both adults and children who have been sexually assaulted and trafficked. This led to my passion for understanding trauma, nervous system responses and supporting people heal from past experiences.
