I chose to pursue EMDR therapy because of its proven effectiveness in treating a variety of mental health struggles, with an emphasis on both single incident and complex cases of trauma. I believe in it's holistic approach to healing, and ability to enhance quality of life and self-efficacy. This certification enhances my ability to provide targeted, compassionate care to those seeking relief from past and present pain. My strongest value is building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect. I bring my authentic self to sessions, to build genuine connection and emotional safety. My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together to identify your goals and create a plan for healing that feels right for you. I am here to support you through the process, whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, or a wide range of other emotional hurdles.
