About Me

I am passionate about supporting adults navigate their mental health and promote well-being. As a trauma therapist, I have experience supporting individuals navigating issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Working collaboratively from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and somatic perspective, I integrate EMDR therapy to support healing and resilience. My goal is to foster a trusting and compassionate connection, grounded in transparency and openness, where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move forward at your own pace.

Education & Experience

I am a Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor, with over 20 years of experience supporting adults in a variety of counselling and mental health settings. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University) and have completed extensive training in the treatment of trauma, including advanced training in EMDR.
