About Me
I have lived in Boise for over 20 years and enjoy all things outdoors! Snowboarding, camping, water rafting, dancing, attending concerts, and connecting with people are among my favorite things! As well as spending time with my family and friends. I have a lifelong love of learning and growing as a human.
Education & Experience
I have previous work with learning theory and behavior therapy for children, followed by my masters in counseling with a specialty in addictions in 2013. I have my level 2 clinical trauma professional certification and now certification in EMDR. I have been most interested and engaged in training to address developmental and attachment trauma incorporating ego state work and somatic interventions along with the Adaptive Information Processing model of EMDR. I also have some training in the nervous system and polyvagal theory. I love to work with all ages.
