About Me
Offices in Eagle River and Televideo Stacey has been dedicated to helping adolescents and adults for the past 11 years as a clinician. She specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adults. Together she works on issues such as anxiety, dissociation, depression, grief, anger, complex trauma, and relationship struggles. She focuses on teaching people skills to help navigate and improve their relationships, make sense of past life events, reduce conflict, and develop a focused and more open mind. Stacey believes in connecting how emotions, thoughts, and behaviors all influence one another. CONSULTATION My EMDR style & approach is strongly informed/blended with my Somatic, attachment, and Parts training. I may be a good fit for you if you are looking to blend these pieces into your work.
Education & Experience
BA from Purdue University MA from Washburn University Formerly Stacey has worked with adolescents in an inpatient setting as the directing clinician of an adolescent residential treatment center for Alaska Native teens. In lower 48 she worked as a crisis clinician responding to children, teens, and adults struggling with suicide, substance use, and psychiatric emergencies. Stacey chose to devote her full focus to outpatient private practice therapy in 2017.
