About Me

I am a dual-licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping clients navigate trauma, addiction, and life transitions with an approach that is both compassionate and practical. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Positive Psychology, but my true passion lies in EMDR. I have witnessed firsthand how EMDR can help clients process painful experiences, release what keeps them stuck, and create lasting change. My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and infused with a sense of humanity and humor. I believe healing is not just about addressing symptoms, but about helping people reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and hope for the future.
