About Me
I have been in the field since the 90's where I first learned about EMDR at Stanford. I have a psychodynamic undertone to my approach to therapy along with a strength-based approach, CBT, DBT and and art modalities. I have a deep passion for what I do! Trained in EMDR-ASSYST, EMDR-IGTP, EMDR-IGTP-OTS, and trained in-person by Dr. Shapiro in G-TEP.
