Education & Experience

With a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Catholic University of America, my clinical social work career started with working with children, adolescents, and families, including those experiencing developmental trauma or attachment issues at a non-profit in Montgomery Count, MD. For the past nine years, I have been employed at a nationally recognized non-profit organization in Washington DC that specializes in grief and trauma. As a lifelong learner, I continue to seek out advanced trauma treatments to better support my clients. My 14 years in the field of mental health and wellness provides me the experience and knowledge to address the underlying causes of many of the symptoms and behaviors that present challenges in your life. In addition to being an EMDRIA certified therapist, I am a certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist.
