Margot Lamson, LICSW (DC/MD/VA) is a trauma therapist specializing in EMDR, integrating IFS and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She helps Gen Z & Millennial professionals, creatives, and neurodivergent/ADHD clients resolve anxiety, shame, perfectionism, relational trauma, and dissociation (including depersonalization/derealization).
