About Me

I specialize in working with adults who may be grappling with anxiety, depression, attachment/relational trauma, neurodivergence and PTSD. Many of my clients are high achievers in their professional lives but find themselves struggling to keep up with personal commitments and feel disconnected or overwhelmed at home and in their relationships. I am also a level II AEDP therapist, working towards certification. I bring a holistic, personable and warm and collaborative approach to therapy with adults and couples.
