About Me
I specialize in working with ADHD and neurodiverse individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help clients heal from the lasting impact of negative messages received throughout life—statements like “You’re smart, why can’t you…?”, “But you have so much potential.” or “Why are you weird?” Together, we will work to desensitize these painful beliefs, creating space for self-acceptance, compassion, and the freedom to be fully, authentically you.
Education & Experience
Masters in Counseling from UTSA in 2010. BA from Austin College in 1999 I was diagnosed with ADHD in the late 1990’s As a school counselor I had the privilege of working with families from many different socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicities, nationalities, religions and cultures. I’ve lived in three other countries including UAE, Italy and East Jerusalem. I’m originally from San Antonio and of mixed heritage: Jewish and Mexican-American.
