About Me
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but I believe in the strength within you to navigate them - sometimes, we just need a little help to rediscover it. It’s an honor to walk alongside you on this journey. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they prioritize their mental health and well-being. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, and grief. Together, we will collaborate to build skills, reach your goals, and even find moments of humor. My approach is client-centered and evidence-based, designed to meet you authentically where you are. I actively listen and work with you to heal, grow, and uncover your best self. Trust and collaboration are at the heart of my practice, where we’ll identify your strengths and use them to create a new path forward—celebrating milestones and progress as we go. Asking for help takes courage and taking that first step is a meaningful decision toward change. Each step you take is progress toward overcoming challenges and finding fulfillment in your life. I would be honored to join you on this journey as you build resilience, rediscover your strength, and embrace the joy that life has to offer.
