About Me
I’m a Clinical Social Worker and Trauma Therapist with a research & holistic health background. I’m the type of therapist who knows the value of insisting on your dignity. I enjoy supporting individuals explore the root causes of intergenerational trauma, healing for themselves and the lives they touch thereafter. Because of my approach to this work, I maintain a limited caseload to maximize my ability to be my best self when supporting you while offering unique, individualized care.
