About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults healing from a variety of issues including trauma, including childhood abuse, sexual trauma, betrayal, catastrophic loss, and other distressing life experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing is possible.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training, along with advanced continuing education in trauma treatment.
