About Me
Licensed Professional Counselor who believes healing begins with feeling seen, safe, and supported. I have a heart for helping people navigate life’s toughest seasons—whether that means processing trauma, finding balance, or learning to breathe again after loss. With a background in rehabilitation counseling and trauma-informed care, I combine empathy, real talk, and proven techniques to help clients rediscover their strength and purpose. My mission is to remind others that healing is possible and that hope always has a place in the story.
Education & Experience
Master's degree in Counseling and have worked extensively with youth in alternative learning environments and juvenile justice settings—where I've witnessed firsthand the power of resilience and the importance of safe, supportive spaces. My work focuses on helping individuals process trauma, navigate grief, and rebuild confidence through mindfulness, empowerment, and self-compassion. Whether I'm leading women’s groups, speaking at mental health workshops, or walking alongside someone in their healing journey, I often remind others that hope is never lost—and healing is always possible.
