About Me
Having experienced profound losses related to health, family, and religion, I hold a unique space for those carrying catastrophic experiences. While the specifics may differ, I understand the experience of feeling confused, frustrated, and angry at our systems, leaders and ancestors for their well-intended, but inadequate guidance.
I know that dizzying feeling of having my world upended and having to re-orient and re-organize the pieces. Sometimes, the grief is so loud, it’s unspeakable. You don’t always need to have the right words. EMDR can be a strategic way to revisit those painful memories and reprocess them at a speed that your nervous system can tolerate. You might be surprised at your ability to adapt to previously feared scenarios. You may find yourself moving into a more easeful life, filled with challenges that you’re excited to face.
