About Me
I’m a trauma therapist specializing in EMDR, somatic therapy, and CPT, with a flexible, person-centered approach to care. I began this work with a passion for treating PTSD and quickly found my place supporting those in high-stress, service-driven roles—like first responders, healthcare professionals, and military members. My advanced training is tailored to meet the unique needs of these communities. I also have experience working with complex personality dynamics, including Borderline Personality Disorder. Outside the therapy room, I’m a book-loving, game-playing, coffee-devoted human who enjoys hiking and living life with my husband and very large, very lovable dog.
