I work with adult women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in their heads, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and hard on themselves and they’re tired of carrying so much internally. I love to cook, bake, read, and go to the beach.
