About Me

I provide compassionate, client-centered counseling with a holistic approach that considers the whole self—mind, body, and emotions. In a non-judgmental and supportive space, I utilize EMDR to help individuals explore their emotions, develop helpful insights, heal attachment wounds, and uncover the underlying roots of pain. Through this process, clients gain valuable insights and practical tools to support their healing and overall well-being. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to personal growth.

Education & Experience

My experience spans across various settings which has provided exposure and expertise to a variety of perspectives, situations, and challenges. I have worked in therapeutic settings, hospital settings, and community non-profits working with adolescents, adults, families, military service members and their families. As a former marketing professional, I also bring these experiences to help individuals navigate life transitions, career changes, burnout, and work-life balance. I have a B.S. from TCU and a Master of Social Work from University of South Carolina. I am licensed in both North and South Carolina.
