About Me

I've been privileged to hear my clients describe my approach as one driven by curiosity. In my view, you are the expert on your own experiences, emotions, and aspirations. I firmly believe that everyone possesses the inner strength and resources to confront life's obstacles and cultivate resilience. My aim is to walk with you you on your path to healing, growth, and transformation. My therapeutic style revolves around being trauma-informed, client-centered, and often infused with humor and humility. Though we may tackle challenging topics, therapy under my guidance is intended to be both enjoyable and light-hearted. I strive to create a secure environment for exploration and processing. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I recognize the profound ways trauma can affect our ability to trust others and feel secure in the world. I specialize in assisting individuals navigating high-conflict relationships and those who have struggled to find the right therapeutic support in the past. My practice focuses on fostering positive communication, building trust, setting healthy boundaries, and enhancing connection within relationships, whether with individuals, families, couples, or parents. I am dedicated to challenging harmful patterns and exploring past experiences that may be impacting current relationship satisfaction. With confidence and compassion, I am committed to guiding clients towards achieving healthier and more fulfilling relationships. In my free time, I can be found spending time with the important people in my life and my pets. I enjoy traveling, exploring new areas, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants. I'm a huge foodie! Music is a big part of my life, and I love going to concerts and festivals. In the evenings I like to watch a variety of TV shows or work on whatever art project I have at the moment.
