I am a nurse psychotherapist with a master's degree in counselling. I am licensed in both Saskatchewan and Ontario. I work with individuals, healthcare providers, clergy, couples, and families who are dealing with various challenges, including adverse childhood experiences, trauma, addiction, grief, and relationship dynamics. My approach is client-centred, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and collaborative.
