About Me

Hi, I’m Sierra—a relational therapist grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story. I work from a systemic lens, which means I see you not as a problem to be fixed—but as a whole person deeply shaped by your relationships, environments, and experiences. Even in one-on-one work, I consider the broader systems that impact your wellbeing. My clients often come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, their partners, or their sense of purpose. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back—old wounds, limiting beliefs, or survival strategies that once served you but are no longer needed. What I Offer: EMDR for trauma resolution Somatic therapy to reconnect with your body Emotionally focused therapy for relationship work Attachment-based exploration for deeper self-understanding If you’re feeling disconnected or stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s connect!

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle University and am EMDR-trained through EMDRIA. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, travel, and time with loved ones. A couple of my favorite books are Wild and Daring Greatly. Feel free to reach out—I’d be honored to work with you. I’m particularly passionate about helping people with: Relationship conflict and communication breakdowns Anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and grief Life transitions and identity shifts LGBTQ+ affirming care OCD and specific phobias
