Approved for 12 EMDRIA Credits

Participants will review symptoms, assessment tools, and diagnostic criteria for Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorders. Participants will learn a brief review of Theory of Structural Dissociation, Phase Oriented Approach, and Progressive Approach to EMDR. Participants will learn interventions for stabilization and Desensitization readiness. Participants learn to integrate EMDR with other therapeutic modalities for working with Complex PTSD & Dissociation. Participants will learn and practice 3 skills for micro-processing to reduce blocked processing and develop effective treatment goals for integrating EMDR therapy with treating CPTSD.
