Chelsey Emery Snaza, LICSW, LCSW, LADC
(she/her)
About Me
I’m queer, neurodivergent (ADHD), and unapologetically weird. I believe in curiosity, nuance, and the beauty of being multilayered.
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that people make sense in context. I help people better understand the protective patterns, nervous system responses, and survival strategies that shaped them — with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Therapy with me is not about becoming someone else. It’s about building a more authentic and sustainable relationship with who you already are.
