About Me

I am a huge fan of the outdoors, and it is at the core of my personal wellness. I spent many years working in the equine industry and believe in the therapeutic connection between humans and animals. Transitioning into the counseling industry felt natural to me, as there are several similarities in working with horses and riders and the therapeutic space I hold for clients. I bring authenticity, partnership, curiosity, and sometimes humor to the therapeutic space. I believe counseling is an individual process, and a “cookie-cutter” approach can detract from the therapeutic relationship.
