About Me
Choosing to find support is brave! My approach is to help individuals navigate through past traumas, emotional junctures, milestone celebrations, and stages of growth in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Individuals will feel supported and heard while utilizing creative therapeutic techniques; especially when having trouble verbalizing what they are experiencing or feeling. Individuals will be able to increase personal confidence allowing goals to be met while increasing positive decisions and setting the foundation for future success. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and trauma focused. Among other psychotherapy techniques; I utilize Trauma Focused CBT, the ARC Framework, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help to treat symptoms of PTSD and complex trauma. Mindfulness and grounding techniques are utilized to increase and build a foundation of emotion regulation techniques. When life has been effected by childhood or familial trauma, abuse, stressors, or emotional struggles; know that I will provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, problem solve, and learn about themselves while building confidence and resiliency to feel more in control. I am here to help, contact me to take the next step. LGBTQIA+ affirming.
