Education & Experience
My journey to becoming a mental health provider started after completing my undergraduate studies, when I began working at a community clinic as a behavioral aide, coaching individuals on mental and behavioral health solutions. Now, I practice as a clinical therapist, treating anxiety, depression, attachment ruptures, and trauma-related symptoms. My work centers on helping those who have experienced trauma find relief from their symptoms. I guide clients in gaining control over their thoughts, managing intense emotions, and addressing physical symptoms and reactions tied to trauma. Together, we create a safe space to share emotional vulnerabilities and needs.
