Approved for 6 EMDRIA Credits

This course will provide resourcing approaches and techniques during EMDR Phase 2, the preparation phase, of the 8 phase EMDR model. The first portion of the course will allow for discussion on Phase 2, the window of tolerance and traumas effect on the development of the nervous system and attachment styles. The remainder of the course will be dedicated to practicing a variety of resourcing tools as a group and within dyads.
