About Me
I’m Tiffani Parrish, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My areas of focus include trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I’m passionate about helping clients find healing, resilience, and renewed connection in their lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I value the uniqueness of each person I work with and strive to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space for exploration and growth. My therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also draw from strengths-based and client-centered perspectives, emphasizing empowerment, self-awareness, and self-compassion as key components of lasting change. I hold a master’s degree in social work and an undergraduate degree in Yoga Practice, Theory, and Philosophy. These foundations inform my integrative approach to therapy and health—blending clinical expertise with mindfulness and somatic practices, and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. As a BIPOC and LGBTQIA-identified therapist, I am deeply committed to honoring diversity in all its forms and approach every therapeutic relationship with cultural humility and sensitivity. Your identity, lived experience, and personal story matter here. Whether you’re processing trauma, coping with loss, navigating relationship challenges, or working to better manage stress and anxiety, we’ll work together to create a path forward that feels meaningful, grounded, and true to you.
