About Me

Hi! My name is Tiffani, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked with teens, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, grief and loss, childhood abuse, and attachment-related challenges. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy because I believe healing happens best in a space built on trust, mutual respect, and genuine connection. You are the expert on your own life—I’m here to walk alongside you, bringing compassion, curiosity, and even a little humor to the process. Together, we’ll explore patterns, heal old wounds, and find ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable for you. As a trauma-informed clinician, I integrate EMDR with other evidence-based practices, always tailoring our work to your unique strengths, values, and goals. Whether you’re processing painful memories, feeling overwhelmed by current stressors, or wanting a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where real healing can happen. As a BIPOC and LGBTQIA-identified therapist, I am deeply committed to honoring diversity in all its forms and approach every therapeutic relationship with cultural humility and sensitivity. Your identity, lived experience, and personal story matter here. Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions, grief, or the impact of early attachment wounds. Others may appear high functioning but feel stuck in patterns they’re ready to shift. Whatever brings you here, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—and together, we’ll find a path that feels meaningful, empowering, and uniquely yours.
