About Me
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I am providing telehealth and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I believe in meeting each client where they are with compassion, respect, and trauma-informed lens. I incorporate evidence-based treatments including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. I specialize in helping clients navigate the effects of trauma, Autism Level 1, ADHD, and substance use. Together, we will work to foster resilience, healing, and positive change in your life. My telehealth services cover Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington, and throughout N.C. In person session available in Hendersonville, NC area. I help clients with ADHD, Autism Level 1, trauma, and substance use by creating a supportive space where we build skills, uncover strengths, and heal past wounds. Together, we work toward better focus, emotional balance, and healthier coping—so you can feel more confident and in control of your life. You don’t have to face things alone. Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in Hendersonville, North Carolina, with over five years of post-graduate clinical experience providing trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University and have completed EMDR Basic Training through an EMDRIA-approved training program. In addition to EMDR, I integrate complementary modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Safe and Sound Protocol to create individualized treatment plans for my clients. My clinical experience includes work with survivors of complex trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Autism Level 1, neruodivergent, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and life transitions. I am committed to providing a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space where clients can safely process and resolve distressing life experiences and build resilience. I offer both in-person and HIPAA-compliant telehealth services for clients throughout North Carolina.
