About Me
Following my 30-year career as a businesswoman, I followed my passion to become a therapist. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and LGBTQ+ ally. I have lived in New England, Colorado, Missouri, New York, and New Jersey and spent the last several years in Pennsylvania's Susquehanna Valley. I enjoy cycling, swimming, kayaking, and hiking with our dog.
Education & Experience
I obtained my Masters in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. I attended Dartmouth College for my undergrad Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian. I worked in university counseling centers, group private practice, and now in my own virtual private practice.
