About Me
My name is Camille Lloyd, and I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) specializing in complex trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, and developmental trauma. I use a holistic, somatic, and EMDR-focused approach grounded in a phase-oriented trauma model—stabilization, processing, and integration to support safe, sustainable, and lasting healing.
I integrate EMDR, EMDR- Sandtray, somatic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing across the body, mind, and spirit. I use EMDR Sandtray for both resourcing and trauma processing, offering a gentle, embodied, and developmentally attuned pathway for healing. I also incorporate Yoga Nidra for sleep and anxiety, Yin Yoga for somatic release (trained by Devi Daly), and sound-based practices. I am currently pursuing certification in Yoga Therapy to further support nervous system regulation and embodied healing.
I work with individuals experiencing Complex PTSD, dissociation, phobias, OCD, anxiety, depression, and intergenerational, historical, relational, and attachment trauma. I also support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, as well as adults facing life transitions.
My compassionate, culturally responsive approach focuses on helping clients build safety within, strengthen resilience, and create lasting transformation. I believe healing happens when we gently reconnect with the body, process unresolved experiences, and develop a deeper sense of safety, connection, and self-compassion.
