I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in North Carolina, specializing in trauma-informed care for adults. Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina. I’ve received EMDR training through an EMDRIA-approved program and integrate this approach into my work with adults facing attachment trauma, anxiety, and single-incident traumas. My clinical background includes experience in both group private practice and individual settings, where I’ve focused on trauma-informed, client-centered care.
