About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience and the founder and Clinical Director of Lumenate Integrative Therapy in Santa Cruz, California. I specialize in trauma recovery, attachment and relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative, helping clients heal from past experiences, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 15 years in clinical leadership and supervision. My background includes working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, with a focus on trauma recovery, attachment, relationships, and integrative psychotherapy.
