This course explores the development of attachment styles, the impact of relational trauma, and the connection to personality disorders. Participants will examine how early relational experiences shape attachment patterns from infancy through adulthood, influencing emotional and behavioral responses. The course will also provide insight into recognizing the signs and symptoms of relational trauma across developmental stages and its effects on self-esteem, coping mechanisms, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, participants will gain practical skills in applying therapeutic techniques that foster secure attachment, enhance emotional regulation, and promote recovery from relational trauma. Emphasizing a culturally responsive approach, this training will highlight the influence of cultural and contextual factors on attachment, trauma and the development of personality disorders, equipping clinicians with strategies to address the unique needs of diverse populations. This course is being offered both in-person and as a live stream webinar.
