About Me

Hailey Yzaguirre, LCSW, is experienced in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. My style focuses on providing a safe, warm, and supportive environment that supports the client in processing traumatic events and developing new insights into experiences. Hailey provides education on coping skills, mindfulness interventions, and evidence-based treatment for ADHD. I am skilled in utilizing various evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ART, and client-centered therapy with an emphasis on self-compassion and attachments. I utilize trauma-specialized modalities to target traumatic memories and triggers that occur as a result of sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief/loss, and attachment wounds.
