About Me

We all experience difficulties or situations that may feel overwhelming and leave us questioning ourselves or relationships. Finding the right therapist can feel difficult and can oftentimes be a daunting experience. Whether you are overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, experiencing low mood, battling traumatic experiences, or you just need someone to talk to- I aim to create a safe emotional space to help you explore and navigate the difficulties life can hand us. I believe we all have the ability to overcome difficulties and foster self empowerment and healthier relationships that foster resilience and skills to navigate life. My processes include EMDR approaches aimed to meet you where you are at with respect, integrity, and warmth. I aim to support individuals feel validated and supported to process trauma, anxiety, depression, or experiences that are impacting our abilities to live our best lives. I am to provide support and encouragement without judgement and invite you to share your story with me. Together, we can work on your short or long-term therapeutic goals with honour and dignity.
