Julia specializes in supporting clients through trauma (PTSD and C-PTSD), grief, anxiety, and major life changes. Her expertise extends to assisting adults who have experienced Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) and narcissistic abuse/relationships, and she is deeply committed to helping healthcare providers, educators, and first responders in their pursuit of well-being.

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University; Master of Science in Nursing and ANCC board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Kennesaw State University; Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the Medical College of Georgia; Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University; National Certified Counselor. Julia possesses a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, honed by a three-decade career across clinical and academic environments, with expertise in primary care and mental health serving diverse populations throughout the lifespan.
