About Me
I am a trauma-informed therapist and educator based in South Florida, offering online video therapy and in-person counseling. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide support, accountability, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you heal and grow. Since 2018, I have specialized in trauma therapy, working with adults, teens, and children across private outpatient clinics, domestic violence shelters, and PHP/IOP treatment programs. I provide crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and mental health counseling for individuals facing PTSD, abuse, attachment issues, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. My expertise also includes healthy communication skills, boundary setting, LGBTQIA+ support, ENM, and alternative relationship counseling. In addition to therapy, I have facilitated workshops and corporate training programs on effective communication, conflict resolution, and establishing healthy boundaries. I also co-developed a five-week trauma-specific group therapy program and contributed to research at the University of Miami as a former research therapist. If you’re looking for a trauma therapist in Florida or need online therapy for PTSD, relationship issues, or personal growth, I’m here to help.
