About Me
I'm a Certified Integrative Mental Health Therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, RYT-200, a SEP in Training (Somatic Experiencing Pract.) as well as EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training, I’m deeply committed to guiding women through life’s transitions with compassion and expertise.
