About Me
Dr. Blanco-Oilar is a licensed psychologist who is Board Certified in Counseling Psychology. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and has been providing clinical services for over 20 years. She provides evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups. She enjoys working with adults (21+) going through life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or those experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, or recent trauma. While she practices as a generalist helping clients with a wide range of presenting concerns, her area of specialty is helping clients heal form recent or past trauma. She is an EMDR provider, an evidence-based treatment for trauma.
