About Me
My therapy approach is diverse and focused on using Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused and Psychodynamic therapies. I work with each client using the methods best for them and their needs.
Education & Experience
I received a Masters in Social Work from the University of Nebraska Omaha in August of 2001. I have over 20 years of experience providing services to youth, young adults, and parents. In addition, I have supported and worked with vulnerable populations such as victims of crime, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
