About Me

I am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist and a Certified EMDR Consultant-in-Training (CIT). I’m passionate about helping clients heal through EMDR and work from a trauma-informed perspective. I provide therapy for individuals aged 12 and up, supporting a range of concerns-from managing everyday stress to navigating more complex challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I welcome clients of all races, cultural and religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and grow within yourself, in your relationships, and in your life experiences.
