About Me

I am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant, providing EMDR therapy as well as consultation to EMDR-trained clinicians pursuing EMDRIA Certification. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma. I work with individuals ages 12 and up, addressing concerns ranging from daily stress and life transitions to more complex presentations including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for clients of all races, cultural and religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I strive to offer a supportive environment where healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change can occur.
