About Me
It’s hard to feel burdened by the past. It’s daunting to face each day with anxiety and self-doubt. And it’s incredibly isolating to feel like you can’t trust or connect with others. Maybe this even extends to those closet to you- your family and romantic partners. Healing is possible. My practice specializes in complex, interpersonal trauma. Imagine feeling rested and peaceful. Feeling understood by your people and having a harmonious relationship. These factors make it possible to take your life to the next level. You would be developing your unique identity and making a positive contribution to the world. EMDR opens doors. To learn more about me, please visit my website, bluetansytherapy.com.
Education & Experience
I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Previous settings I have trained or worked in include a help line, a domestic violence shelter, and a residential treatment program. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (2017) and my Master of Science in Counseling at Mount Mary University (2020).
