About Me

I work remotely with individuals and couples based in CA, NY, and internationally. My niche is working with adults struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, and/ or the aftermath of traumatic events. I am passionate about working with BIPOC communities and exploring aspects of racial identity, immigration journeys, and healing from race-based trauma. During these challenging times, you can find a safe space and a soft landing spot in our sessions to build resilience. I incorporate the latest brain research into my clinical work to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes, and the importance of the body in healing. Since I work remotely, I frequently travel internationally, which provides me with the unique position of having exposure to different cultures.
