About Me

Hi, I'm Sherly Millan, LICSW (Massachusetts) and LCSW (Florida), a bilingual English/Spanish therapist and the founder of EMDR Unlocked. My practice is 100% telehealth, with no physical office, so I work with adults (18+) anywhere in Massachusetts and Florida through secure video sessions.

I specialize in trauma therapy and am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with adults and couples to process trauma and PTSD, manage anxiety and depression, and move through grief, relationship challenges, and the feeling of being stuck, toward a life that feels more connected, grounded, and free.

Insurance: in Massachusetts I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim, MassHealth, and Tufts Health Public Plans. In Florida I am in-network with Aetna; other Florida plans are self-pay, and I provide a superbill you can submit for any out-of-network benefits.
